Product has a lot of bugs. Incorrectly detecting humans as BOT. Took over 3 months and escalations for Cloudflare to admit there are product issues resulting in actual site visitors being detected as bad BOT if they are behind a proxy such as McAfee, Zscaler, etc. Also email clients link checkers were getting blocked as bad bot instead of known bot.
