One stand out was that the organization does not have to pay for outplacement services unless the employee utilizes them. This provides a great balance between providing the desired support but also helps the organization only pay for services rendered. Another plus is the ready-to-go flyer for their services, which we included in the separation packages. It could not have been easier to implement.
