The CODESOFT product is well-designed and fully compatible with the label printers that we use. Software features offer suitable integrations with our ERP and Quality Management platforms.

The ability to create in house labels. Ability to remotely add labels for other divisions. Ability to reach out to customer care for support.

Ease of deployment. Good customer support from people in my region of the world. Easy to use.

The product performs reliably with no recurring problems. The only issues that could be considered would ultimately be feature enhancements such as BPAs for different installation scenarios and visual warnings or pop-ups for file permission issues

Label Archive can be clanky to add and remove labels. A more centralized location to control users and labels. Not both Label Archive and UMSS/MSGS. The lack of 24/7 support.

After renewing the license, we could not install it on the server until shortly before the old license expired. I suggest allowing the license to be renewed sooner.
