Have been working with Colocator and their team since 2017, which has always been a pleasure. We have used the tool in 4 different major EU music festivals' mobile apps since then. We're implementing partnership deals through Colocator, messaging festivalgoers throughout their festival experience, live event monitoring, as well as getting valuable insights for future use (crowd management, productional decisions, artist affinity, etc).

Live heatmaps region & time based messaging capabilities allow us to expand our personalized communications. They've also implemented a number of enhancements based on our usage.

Ease of deployment, good insight, good team

It takes a bit of practice/getting-to-know before use and takes some time to get everything set up. (Customer support is very responsive though, so any difficulties are easily tackled).
