Performance of comerzzia Across Market Features

Like

It gives a good basis for our international growth in physical stores, without having to deal with complicated legal issues when opening in a new country.

Like

What i like the most about the product is the possibility to work with the customers DB massively, creating coupons and points. Another important point is the limitless number of tags you can create to each customer. Also the marketing trigger service has an enormous potential to create rules and automate some promotions.

Dislike

When going out from the standard and dealing with advanced integrations -as it was in our case in some aspects related to customers or promotions-, finding the adaptation from their structure to our other software (with own ecommerce platform) was sometimes difficult/time consuming. But we managed to cooperate to find the best end without making the price skyrocket.

Dislike

Some of the point of the standard version has a lack of flexibility to personalize as for example the sign up formulary. Another important aspect I miss is the lack of som dashboards in the tool.
