One feature that was preferred was real-time notifications of unusual behaviour like use of multiple devices to lend intervention. The filtration by face recognition as well as eye tracking offers solid proof where there is any act of academic fraudulent behavior.

Students benefit from real-time monitoring capabilities on Comprobo during their online examinations. The functionality to mark questionable exam behavior built confidence about maintaining control of the testing space through external observations.

Our online learning went a lot better with Comprobo's option to check in on exams remotely. Using Comprobo to watch over exams, stop cheating and protect our testing results gives me confidence that grading is honest.

With regard to the process of customization I noticed some inconveniences in the setting up of some features such as browser locking. This could be improved with functionality for easier configuration.

Many legitimate student behaviors, such as looking at their notes or shifting their bodily positions, receive false cheating alerts from the system. This system produces unnecessary distress and also demands that my team and I invest additional time in reviewing false alerts.

Reviewing cheating alerts often takes too much time. For students and teachers, waiting for feedback takes too long and brings unnecessary worry when problems come up.
