Remote Proctoring: Its remote proctoring feature is one of the best in the market. It's easy & smooth to proctor the examinees. We can watch the live feed of the examinees as well as the recording of their camera & screen. Reports: Exam Online has various types of reports like scores, attendance, responses, logs, detailed answer sheets & etc, which makes it a very good platform, as these types of reports help the examiner as well as the examinee to analyse their performance. Evaluation: Teachers can easily evaluate the answers submitted by examinees, its online evaluation system helps us in evaluating the answers fast so that we can prepare our results quickly.
1.) Ease of setting up the exams: Here we can easily set up multiple exams with a simple upload option where we can upload an excel with multiple exam details. 2.) Multiple Reports: Each exam has multiple reports which are very helpful to analyze the data. 3.) AI Monitoring: It gives an option to monitor the examinee with AI, where it uses examinee camera feed & its device screen through which AI can monitor & can give warning to examinee in case of any attempt which examinee tries to cheat in the exam.
We like the video proctoring the most and the system makes it easy to keep and manage the exam records. It allowed us to assess the candidates more effectively.
Support: Overall it's a good platform but still they need to improve their support for the clients & examinees. Sometimes the system can irritate you so at that time proper support should be given. Question Types: All through it has many types of question types like MCQ, subjective, True or False, etc but it lacks in coding question types & some mathematical question types which can cover more exams. Integration & Onboarding: Integrating the platform with our site is not possible so its a drawback, Also its onboarding is pretty difficult & has many steps which can be improved.
1.) Image Based Questions: If we have multiple image based questions then we need to add it manually 1 by 1 there should be an option to bulk upload it. 2.) Live Dashboard: There should be an option where we can see the live status of the exam like how many examinees are giving the exam, which examinees have completed the exam, which examinees are in progress and many more statuses right now to check these statuses we need to go to multiple reports. 3.) Exam interruption: Sometimes examinees get disconnected during the exam due to multiple reasons but after that they need to wait for at least 3 minutes to resume their exam again. This can be improved so that they should be able to resume their exam immediately. 4.) Static Demo: AI Based exam requires multiple permissions & steps to start the exam which is a tedious process so there should be a dummy or practice exam which examinee can try to get familiar with the process.
What I dislike is that some of the features were difficult to understand or use at first.
