What I liked the most was clear communication around total rewards.

1. user friendly dashboard. 2. Customization options. 3. Regular updates.

Nothing to dislike honestly at this stage, it has been a smooth experience.

As an end user, I received the appraisal letter and the total reward statement and it looked great. So no complaints.
