The portal is easy to use. Facilities are with great quality and same high standard across locations. Connectivity is very good.

The pricing structure for certain services such as remote hands and cross connects could be more transparent and predictable.

If working remotely, work is really slow. I can't eliminate something that I'm not using until the contract ends.

Pricing is high. No bundle discount for cross connects. MSA is not flexible for small deployment.

The datacenter is a full service location for all of our connectivity needs. we have multiple locations tha require 24 hours connectivity and assistance. The coresite location in Secaucus and Somerville fits all of our business needs. The security getting into the building and our cage is top notch.
