The reliability and uptime are outstanding. Their facilities are highly secure, with redundant power and cooling that ensures business continuity. the max power what can be supplied to a rack is clearly communicated so you can plan hosting your devices accordingly and safely. They take proper safety measures, its easy to send a tech for part replacement there as you can share details via logging an appropriate ticket without the need of you going there. the tickets are religiously updated to keep you aware.

1. Equinix provides almost everthing one can wish to have from a computer hosting room. 2. They are professional and communicative when we connect them via their support system. They are always available to listen to our queries and try to revert back as soon as possible. 3. Their platform environment provides a good uptime. I have not validated that part of it but they claim it to be around 99.999% uptime which is really good. 4. They are reliable to their customer. This is my personal experience with them.

What I most like about this service is the reliability and consistency of the network connectivity and also the redundancy in power which makes this service more impressive. Other tools, including remote management and skilled technical expertise, make server administration more efficient.

Their services are on the premium side, so cost if a big factor which can pose challenges to organizations with tight budget. Another minor issue/observation is that when a remote hands call is logged, it can sometimes take longer than expected during peak time and if the cost is not covered under contract, per hour pricing is significant.

1. Redundancy is not possible (as per my experience) - it is also possible that if this feature is available then I am not able to locate this. 2. I feel they should improve their UI as it is sometimes difficult to locate their page. 3. They should provide both dark mode and day mode for their service as some in my time like working in dark mode and some in light mode or make this compatible to UI one is using. 4. If i want two sites in my city, then they are nto separated far enough to give any semblance to geographical redundancy.

I like the service that Equinix offered to us but the main area that needs to improve for better performance would be the customer portal interface, which could be more Userfriendly and feature rich to do monitoring and also for automation.
