The portal is easy to use. Facilities are with great quality and same high standard across locations. Connectivity is very good.
The pricing structure for certain services such as remote hands and cross connects could be more transparent and predictable.
If working remotely, work is really slow. I can't eliminate something that I'm not using until the contract ends.
Pricing is high. No bundle discount for cross connects. MSA is not flexible for small deployment.
