My experience with Corma.io has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first strategy sessions with the leadership team to the final stages of implementation, the support has been outstanding. Even when we hit the occasional minor hiccup (mostly to do with Apple and the app store) during the rollout, the team was right there to guide us through it. It has been a pleasure working with everyone at Corma so far. The level of professionalism and dedication is truly magnifique. The team has been fantastic, and I honestly couldn’t give them anything less than 5 stars.

I originally enquired about the product for their now released Access Reviews section. The application has brought a lot more than that with helping our IT team with the contracts and also the onboarding/offboarding - this is where I truly believe the application excels.

I like most of all the simplicity of setup and use, but also the way that information is made available. In our case it helped to find licenses that were not deactivated even though a person had left as well as use of software that was outside the approved list.

1) SaaS discovery and shadow IT detection -> Corma automatically detected applications across our env that we had no idea employees were signing up for. 2) license optimization and cost savings -> flagged underutilized and duplicate licenses in a way that was super easy to act on, 3) clean UI/UX -> we tested other SaaS managemnet tools and Corma was by far the most straightforward

Dislike

There hasn't been any so far. There were a few issues with a few buttons at the start that were ironed out pretty much straight away. With a product like this I would usually say integrations but Corma is proactive about this as they're releasing new integrations all the time and if there's something we desperately need to integrate with they will look into it for us.

At this time and purely from our company's point of view: - The pricing does not work for smaller companies as the savings may not offset the spend - It is missing the ability. a local agent - to catch software that is not going through an IDP login - On/Offboarding process is not as slick as it needs to be to be fully automated

Reporting could go deeper and some niche integrations are still WIP, otherwise great

    Corma’s Simplicity and Information Clarity Enhanced Operational Oversight at Our Company

    I worked with corma for nearly two years. At the time, Corma was still a small startup on its way to creating the solution they offer today. During the first few months we developed a great relationship that went beyond the normal seller/client relationship with me giving feedback to improve the product and the team delivering updates at a fast pace. This relationship allowed our company to use Corma in a better way but also added new features and improved the software's useability. Overall, Corma made me feel like part of their development team, which I really appreciated, and from both companies' points of view it was beneficial to both.

    Corma brought clarity and real ROI to our SaaS stack

    Corma has been a game changer for how we manage our SaaS stack. Before adopting the platform, we had next to no visibility into which tools the teams were actually using and how much we spent across subscriptions. Shortly after deployment, we were able to map out the entire landscape and immediately saved thousands of € monthly of redundant licenses and unused accounts. We didn't need a lot of training, since the platform is super intuitive, and the Corma team helped whenever we had questions.

    Effective Feedback Integration and Communication Balance Against Manual SaaS Cost Tracking

    I think their platform is well designed, and it solves a real problem. Corma are constantly asking their users for feedback and suggestions, and they quickly take those into consideration by building new features. They also send updates when the system is down, as well as good insights into what's happening with your organisation.

    Strong value on visibility ancd control over SaaS usage and access. The platform adresses a real pain point (shadow IT, unused licenses, access sprawl) and delivers quick insights. However, onboarding and initial data mapping require effort.
