Creately is a really good, fully-featured tool for a whole host of tasks. I use it mainly for freeform flowcharts, website wireframing and mindmaps. It's very easy to lay these out quickly and simply. There are a huge range of different tools and shapes and the platform is frequently updated to include quite advanced features for creating full project plans.

It's very easy to access and layout tools quickly and easily - the interface doesn't get in the way of doing this, which I think is most important in type of tool. it's also easy to share with others - even if they don't have a paid account.

Very little. It's not veery easy to use on mobile, but I think that it just an inherent challenge with this type of tool on a small screen!
