Our team can translate, edit, and review content simultaneously, and changes are visible to everyone involved. Crowdin's integration capabilities with other tools (like github and figma) are also fantastic, allowing for smooth updates and version control, which keeps our projects in sync. Addicionally, the translation memory and glossary features help maintain consistency across our translations.

Crowdin has issues with limited customization, confusing main menu and limited customization.
The user interface could be a bit more intuitive, especially for newer users. There's a bit of a learning curve to get accustomed to all the settings and features. Also, some of the advanced customization options are a little limited, which occasionally makes adapting the tool to unique project needs challenging. A few more flexibility options, especially around workflow customization, would be welcome.
