We selected Cumulocity to modernize how we connect and manage our devices, moving from a legacy internal solution to a scalable, production-ready IoT Platform. The platform will give us a solid foundation to be able to deliver data driven services and proactive insights to our customers. The default platform applications with their user interfaces looks great, functional and stable, but requires some quite technical knowledge in the data models. So for the non-expert users we have needed to create more custom views/applications to simplify it for the users, more than we thought we would need to. But with Cumulocity help and the platform capabilities of running applications and microservices have been able to implement want we needed, though with some additional effort than initially planned.
