Secure Web Sessions is a standout feature for me. The ability to record and audit specific steps within high-risk web applications gives me visibility I didnt have before. It fills a critical gap between standard SSO and full session recording. Adaptive MFA. I love that the Multi-Factor Authentication is context-aware. It uses AI to analyze behavior, so it doesn't annoy users with constant prompts unless there's a genuine anomaly. It strikes the perct balance between user experience and security. While the documentation is extensive, finding specific answers for niche integration scenarios can sometimes take longer than Id like. If I had to pick one area for improvement, it would be the steep learning curve for the initial administrative setup.
Solution demands significant expertise for deployment and support responsiveness.
The administrative console can be quite complex and sometimes feels a bit fragmented when moving between different identity services. The initial setup for custom SAML integrations requires a deeper technical understanding compared to some simpler competitors.
