My overall experience with CyberArk has been exceptional. In my opinion, it is one of the few platforms that successfully bridges the gap between rigorous enterprise security and a seamless user experience. What I value most is the security-first mindset that is evident throughout the platform. Because of CyberArk’s heritage in privileged access management, I feel confident that the security controls protecting my workforce are robust, yet they don’t get in the way of productivity.

Secure Web Sessions is a standout feature for me. The ability to record and audit specific steps within high-risk web applications gives me visibility I didnt have before. It fills a critical gap between standard SSO and full session recording. Adaptive MFA. I love that the Multi-Factor Authentication is context-aware. It uses AI to analyze behavior, so it doesn't annoy users with constant prompts unless there's a genuine anomaly. It strikes the perct balance between user experience and security. I appreciate how easily it integrates with our existing ecosystem. Whether its cloud apps, on-prem legacy systems, or third-party directories, the connectors work seamlessly, making the Single Pane of Glass promise a reality for my team.
