Once it's configured seems to work most of the time, when doesn't work properly difficult to troubleshoot why.
The authentication takes place seamlessly without any significant delays. It is very effective in handling a large amount of identities. The platform offers impressive flexibility in supporting a vast number of systems.
The admin experience feels a bit scattered. Day to day we bounce between PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingOne, and each has its own UI quirks.
Extensive amount of infrastructure to support the product and difficult to troubleshoot and when an issue is encountered support could be better!
It could be the case that the product don't support your legacy systems. Your environment could also potentially suffer some performance hits when implementing the product. The product is also quite costly so the budget might take a hit.
