De plus, la flexibilité de l'outil est sans précédent. Car la solution est basé dans le cloud SaaS, mais peut-être installé on-premise.

Le processus d'authentification peut ralentir l'utilisateur s'il ne dispose pas d'une bonne connexion. En effet, il y a beaucoup d'appels API réalisés pendant l'authentification qui peuvent ne pas être supportés sur d'anciens appareils. De plus, l'outil est assez complexe et peut être difficile à prendre en main, il est nécessaire de s'autoformer pour pouvoir la gérer.
