1- The product itself is phenomenal. We have insight into our environment that xx can't compete with. (Prime, Umbrella, and Stealthwatch). 2- Integrations is a standout feature, as they integrate with many different vendors. One use case of CyberMDX integrations is with ClearPass for our NAC solution. That alone makes our company more efficient, saving us time and money. 3- Customer service is stellar. They're very responsive with any questions or concerns we have. They value our opinion and work with directly with R&D to improve the product. They're very professional and think outside the box, which makes them standout from their competitors.

Timely feature additions. Amount of information and visibility available. The potential for integrations with other software and services we already own.

It is not a security tools you need forescout module to protect your devices Slow in launching the dashboard and access other modules

1- Would be nice if UI could be a bit faster 2- Active (real-time) threat detection not available; not yet at least 3- Integration with our Cisco 9800 WLC doesn't work; not yet at least

Determining patch status on Windows machines is not always accurate. Recalls on medical devices show up even if the recall has been completed/remediated. Occasionally login to the console is slow but is not usually an issue.
