They also have flexible SKUs depending on what customers need, and the after-sales support is outstanding.

What I like most about Cyble Brand Protection is its comprehensive monitoring and timely alerts that help us quickly identify and act on brand abuse. The coverage across multiple platforms websites, marketplaces, social media, and dark web sources is extremely valuable. The insights it provides are very clear and the support team of Cyble even the sales team, is always responsive and very helpful.
One area Cyble could improve is by offering an even more user-friendly dashboard with deeper customization options, so our customers can tailor alerts and reports to their exact needs. Additionally, faster validation and takedown workflow capabilities could make the response process even faster and more seamless, which would be a great help to our customers' environment.
Do not feel as mature in terms of false positive and does not take into account same behavior or data for future alerts
Cyble Brand protection is strong overall, but adding more granular customization for keyword monitoring and alert preferences would make it even better.
