Strong web and browser protection without making things overly complicated for users or admins. It's easy to use, provides effective protection and is simple to manage.
The real time threat isolation capability stands out when a threat is detected it's contained immediately without disrupting the user's workflow. The reporting dashboard is also intuitive and gives actionable insight without noise.
Ease of use and implementation. Extended and comprehensive policies to cover all requirements for our customers.
There are a few areas that DefensX could improve, like some of the reporting and visibility features could be more detailed. Policy setup can take some time to get dialed in.
Documentation could be more detailed especially for advanced configuration scenarios.
