Ease of use and implementation. Extended and comprehensive policies to cover all requirements for our customers.
It is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. There is enough color to make the different options pop out but not to much that it is over stimulating. The user interface is very straightforward, its not hard to figure out. It is organized very well and makes sense.
Easy to deploy and provides options for users to request changes.
I'd like to be able to get alerts based on attempts to access blocked categories or URLs
The main issues I have experienced are: dropped calls, calls sound muffled (not often), there should be a dial tone so the caller is aware the phone is ringer I have noticed there is none.
Product will occasionally block things without reporting or even showing the block message to the customer, leaving no trace that DefensX was responsible for the page not loading.
