Customer support was amazing and our implementation team was available any time we have questions or concerns. The product itself was easy to use and intuitive for both administrator and end user.
The ability of the production to detect and prevent zero-day attacks and newer malware even though the production was running an older update. Size of updates is extremely small and updates are only 2-3 times a year eliminating the need for frequent, daily updates.
The system provides a clear, detailed web console for easy endpoint configurations. There are screens that show endpoint statistic related to last device check-in and encryption status. Reports and Alerts can be set to notify when a device has not checked in during a specified time frame. Technical support is good and technicians are responsive and effective in getting issue resolution.
In my time using the product, I did not have any dislikes.
Deployment tools are using batch files which installs individual components separately and each component needs to be installed in a specific sequence - no integrated installer. Requires multiple pre-requisites on Windows 7 systems - deployment tools do not detect presence of pre-requisites and installation fails without feedback on failure causes (missing pre-req) Support services needs quite a bit of improvement since basic troubleshooting takes weeks to apply known solutions.
The Server installation required a VMWare (for us EXSI) server environment. It is not supported on a Citrix Xenserver environment which is our primary Server infrastructure so we had to bring in a second server system. Initial setup of the server application side is a bit overwhelming and required vendor support. Upgrades also required some assistance. We occasionally have endpoints that disconnect and require a reinstall of the client side application and a lengthy re-encryption of the endpoint drives.
