About Company
Company Description
WinMagic has been protecting endpoints for over 25 years though full disk encryption and secure authentication. MagicEndpoint unlocks the endpoint at preboot with MFA (password, smart card, USB token, biometrics, PKI, TPM) and provides a passwordless solution via Single Sign on (SSO). Our secure authentication enhances FIDO2 standard, adheres to zero-trust framework, and supports federated authentication with our IdP. It provides a persistent connection by continuously verifying the endpoint’s security posture plus the user’s intent, in addition to supporting device signals to ensure compliance with security policies. By using cryptography for prevention, the company aims to significantly decrease IT costs, optimise user experience, and simplify cybersecurity. It is resolved to continue offering feature-rich solutions in encryption and passwordless authentication.

Performance of SecureDoc Across Market Features
SecureDoc Likes & Dislikes
The thing I liked most about this service is that I didn't need to fuss with an external dashboard. I noticed that the centralized dashboard included with the software was very good at visualizing the data I needed, so I didn't need to worry about employing some other service that would do a similar thing.
Excellent product support from SecureDoc team and the implementation vendor. They prepared the SOP and Training for internal IT staff.
Encryption approach and overall security design is really flexible and useful for our current setup
I didn't like that their documentation was not up to standard. I really wish that they documented setup and certain operations better, I got stuck several times during the process and I didn't have a clear process to follow.
You need to be on the network connected to domain in order to force the policies and start the encryption of disk for the first time with the time period 8-12 hours for 500 GB to 1TB hard disk(SATA).Not checked with MAC yet.
Support might be sloppy sometimes, and documentation could be better in my opinion

SecureDoc: Simplifying Full Disk SED Encryption and Remote Management
SecureDoc does what it sets out to do; manages full disk SED encryption and remote management. It's a great tool to use to encrypt the drive, and if we need to remotely unlock a device or even irrevocably scramble it, it's a pretty neat and easy platform to use.
