Granular Device Control Policies - Strong control over USB storage and removable media Good Integrations with ManageEngine eco system Cost effective compared to competitors
Easy AD integration and clear policy-based control was a huge plus. It also integrates easily with other ManageEngine products we use currently. Additionally, the agent is light weight so it doesn't slow down the endpoints.
The ability to control what is mounted in to enterprise devices is key to security. The ability to set and forget is key.
UI and UX - Some workflows are not intuitive, especially for first time admins Support Quality can vary - initial response is usually fast but deeper tech issues may require escalation Reporting and Dashboards are limited - Advanced or executive level reporting often requires manual exports
Reporting UI, to my taste, is not modern, could be better looking and more flexible. Also, sometimes agents will need a manual refresh after relatively big updates.
The problem with all of these products is the Windows subsystem and how it reports the devices incorrectly, but I have had that occur in other spaces. It would be better to not need this as a service and to just disable USB data transfer at a lower level like BIOS, but we are where we are. If I am being picky, the system does have the sometimes weird ManagementEngine quirks in its UI.
