The fact that all of our data was stored in a secure location.

It is a complete solution. It is 1 cabinet where everything is in it. Storage, compute and networking in one. You do not have to worry about which vendor I have to deal with again with a hardware failure, everything is Dell. Moreover, there is only one update pack to download for the complete environment. Everything is updated, whether it is firmware or Windows. That is very nice. No more searching for the right update packages. The environment is also very neatly assembled. No wires tangled in your data center, everything neatly pre-assembled.

Not one bad thing to say about this product.

We were told that we needed little knowledge from the DHCS / Hyper-V software. However, it has been shown that a reasonable basic knowledge is required for operating a DHCS. It is a complex environment to manage and can seem very confusing and illogical. You notice this especially when hardware failures occur. You switch from one system to another system to accomplish a simple task.

We are very pleased with Dell EMC, with the way service is provided and how the collaboration with Dell is EMC. The solution works as it has been proposed to us. The solution works fine and we have little to no worries about it. The organization is sometimes too big and bureaucratic. sometimes it is difficult to find the right person for your issues. Another downside is that support is usually only in the English language. Something that is difficult for some colleagues. All in all, we would always recommend Dell as a partner. They are innovative, have up-to-date solutions that are of this time. The people at Dell also have the level of knowledge they need to provide support. They think along with you.
