The principles of openstack are well understood - this is a complex product to implement - RackSpace's roll in that implementation is to remove as much of the complexity as possible to allow a smooth user experience for their customers. Overall this is great
Great platform for deploying SaaS infrastructure. I like how I’m not tied down by vendor lock/licensing costs. The community is also really good and responsive with being able to provide support and answers when needed.
