Communication with Datapipe is very good indeed. Even when things go wrong, which has happened on 2 or 3 occassions, the response has been excellent. I have found this to be the case, from the initial RFP response, right through to implementation, migration and in to BAU. Where we felt the need to address a lack of in depth understanding of our platform, Datapipe reacted quickly to ensure that was rectified. They have continued to work with us in utilising DevOps technologies to allow the Operations team at BMJ to provide a much more automated release process. We have successfully integrated AWS in to our platform at Datapipe and are now running a true Hybrid environment. Datapipe has recently acquired Adapt and as is often the case during these processes, there has been a little juggling going on within Datapipe to integrate new teams and processes. Although this hasn't caused any major disruptions, certain BMJ requirements have been slowed down a little as a result. However, once fully bedded in, the new teams and resources at Datapipe's disposal should provide an increased service to us European customers with elss reliance on the US Teams.

Rackspace has provided us with an efficient and resilient means to bring our Managed Service offerings to market. They are responsive to account management and technical issues when they arise and work hard to maintain trust.
