The contracting process was relatively smooth and there was a willingness to negotiate which was welcome. Onboarding has taken longer than we would have liked and customer support has been spotty.

Overall migration process was performed as expected, on time and on budget. We increased our flexibility for mission critical applications and services deployment as well as decreased the operating costs and TCO.

Very rapid time to contract. Flexible and pragmatic approach to both commercials and technical solution, providing us with an extensive transformation programme together with ongoing cost savings. Generally, positive engagement across the business, although have been slow on occasion to identify and provide the necessary resources. Possibly a symptom of over-stretch into new areas of operation.

They have an established footprint in the teritories we need to ensure we can scale and expand as required with simple and transparent pricing. The feature set hasn't quite been the same as some of the other larger vendors in the market, but has been sufficient for our needs so far.
