I liked most the ease of service customization, the sound and proven expertise of the Deloitte employees and the capability to build customer intimacy.
I think they are likeable and professional, but some nuances that would be required for even greater success were not available.
Our relationship has allowed them to bring necessary resources on-site as needed. We have a core team on-site, then shuffle other players as needed.
I disliked most the poor capability to manage activity peaks and the lack of available substitutes to the allocated resources when needed.

Cost. You get what you pay for, and Deloitte has, for the most part, delivered.

Methodical and through analysis, but not enough institutional knowledge baked in.
Overall, the experience was a good one. Reflecting back, the exercise had more value after the fact than at time of. In other words, the analysis has continued to bear fruits long after the completiton of the exercise.
