It has a very user friendly UI, and they have a lot of documentation on how to do just about everything. I was impressed by the number of use cases they had spelled out
1. This tool has quite a friendly user interface, 2. it has great documentation for both technical and non-technical users, 3. it's designed to handle projects of all size
Usability and easy to navigate
The biggest downside was the fact that it didn't integrate with Bitbucket, so that led to a lot of manual effort falling on our team.
1. It can be expensive if you don't have the budget for it, 2. There's a steep learning curve to using this product. 3. Customer support takes time to respond once you submit a request so if anything urgent comes up you need to escalate who you contact
Could be a little pricey for large organisations
