You do not need to come from an A/B testing background to run your experiments here. The product is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Also there are tons of data points for you to carry out a detailed analysis.

Unlike web experimentation, this took a while to learn, especially for non-technical teams as it requires code changes. Once you implement (at a high cost, might I add), you might feel locked-in as the analytics, dashboards are heavily dependent and can make migration to other apps tougher
It is quite pricey as compared to competitors. Integration takes a bit of time as well. Also you get what the community asks for - so no high depth of customization
Limitations in the creation of dashboards analytics. Challenging to automate tasks. Integration with other tools is not seamless.
