Friendly user interface. Easy to learn and use the tool. It's easy to customize the tool.

The built in stats engine was great - with sample size calculations and rigorous analytics. Also the AI lets way better optimization and personalization by routing traffic to the best of experiment set. Overall the ROI measurement was foolproof with scorecards, funnel journey views tying to revenue goals

You do not need to come from an A/B testing background to run your experiments here. The product is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Also there are tons of data points for you to carry out a detailed analysis.

Limitations in the creation of dashboards analytics. Challenging to automate tasks. Integration with other tools is not seamless.

Unlike web experimentation, this took a while to learn, especially for non-technical teams as it requires code changes. Once you implement (at a high cost, might I add), you might feel locked-in as the analytics, dashboards are heavily dependent and can make migration to other apps tougher

It is quite pricey as compared to competitors. Integration takes a bit of time as well. Also you get what the community asks for - so no high depth of customization
