The broader integration with the adobe tech stack makes it a unique A/B test provider. One interesting use case I saw is to have the test variant prompted with a survey (via AEM) and the survey sent out and administered through AJO. Most concerns with Target are overridden by how effective the rest of the tech stack is.
The connectivity between our existing Adobe Analytics integration is the only thing I like about Adobe Target. However, this connection was not as seamless as we would have liked and also posed challenges during our initial onboarding phase.
I like how I can run multi variate test which let me see that which content and the layout will work fine also I can personalize the experience on the bases of user which enhance the performance.
Deployment and implementation, like any adobe product, takes A LOT of manual work and it does not function well out of the box.
I really dislike how you are somewhat forced to pay extra for a premium service package instead of simply getting the answers and technical support you need from your assigned account manager. This has been a huge bottleneck in allowing our company to test more frequently.
The support take much time to response which I really dislike also some time it start getting lag if I run multiple campaigns or test at once.
