Insidier One has become the main platform we use to manage our lifecycle journeys at our co., with email as a core channel. It works well when our tracking and data are correctly setup: we can use Architect to connect different steps in the user lifecycle, trigger timely emails and in-app messages, and run always-on journeys instead of manual blasts. What has not worked as smoothly is mostly on our side: when our events, SDK versions, or contents preparation are not fully ready, it slows down how quickly we can launch experiments or adopt new features.

Architect journey builder: Vissual, a flexible tool to connect lifecycle steps, define conditions, and design end-to-end flows without asking engineers every time. Lifecycle mindset: The platform supports our shift from one-off campaigns to structured journeys for each stage - new users, active users, depositors and dormant users. Partnership with the team: The success team shares playbooks, best practices, and helps us think through tracking journeys, and new ideas like surveys or gamification.
