Architech allows our marketing and CRM teams to visually design journeys for different fairs and personas - prospects, first time visitors, loyal visitors, abd exhibitors - without relying on IT. The platform's web personalization capabilities help us highlight priority events, categories, and content for each visitor, improving registration and engagement metrics. Having unified reporting across channels and journeys also makes it easier to understand which toucpoints drive sign-ups, attendance and rebookings for future exhibitions.
Read Full ReviewThere are a lot more campaign templates available now which work across all devices and make the setup a lot easier. We have used the Spin the wheel template in the past which helped us to achieve 215k in incremental revenue and we often use the purchase progress bars during promos as they are successful. The segmentation capabilities are endless and it's been great being able to use UCD segments in our onsite campaigns.

Read Full ReviewLimited by cookie policy, campaigns like Spin the wheel wont show if users dont opt in to cookies. However, we have implemented a cookie-free tag this year which means that we can show more campaigns to all visitors regardless of their cookie acceptance status. Sometimes the design panel can be a bit temperamental with changes to fonts or colours not always applying. For new users it's a bit of a steeper learning curve to get going with the tool but there is great support available and I encourage all new team members to use courses available on the Insider Campus,
