Web Suite and App Suite provide a robust, enterprise-grade foundation for our sites and apps while still allowing rapid iteration on merchandising and content. Architect has helped us orchestrate journeys, experiments and releases across channels without over-reliance on engineering, which is a major advantage at our scale. Smart Recommender has improved relevancy in search, PDP and content zones and the Email module lets us operationalize those insights in campaigns and triggered flows, so the same data drives personalization everywhere.

The platform's extensive feature set initially presented a steep learning curve for our team to fully master all advanced functionalities. However, Insider's proactive success team mitigated this by providing structured training tailored to our specific banking use cases.
