The amount of features that this tool offers is really vast as it covers all sorts of testing like A/B testing, multivariant testing and stat accelerator testing.

1. I like that you can easily set up experiments with custom JS. 2. I like the results summary and how it updates live. 3. I like the documentation, the utils library and the snappy and helpful support.

adding metrics... guidance and recommendations would be great here

The tool has soo much to offer but it requires a big learning curve as it is quite intimidating in sense of integrating it and learning everything about this tool.

1. Audiences - I find it a bit limiting that custom JS audience code may not work. When Optimizely audience code executes it doesn't wait for the full page to load. 2. Optimizely app is a bit slow, when navigating around the interface. 3. The code editor is quite basic. I have to write code in my IDE and copy and paste into optimizely every time I make a change.
