The platform is powerful, once you get used to it, the reporting and segmentation are quite strong. That said, as our program grew and our needs became more complex, we found that it was not the best fit for scaling further. Managing more advanced use cases required more effort, so we eventually moved to a platform that aligned better with our long-term roadmap.
