Convergence of dev and rev is the most outstanding feature of this Saas tool. AirSync is another one.

Dislike

The platform's overcrowded interface with too many fields and objects make it non intuitive for non technical users and new admins. The mobile app is significantly less responsive than the desktop version and lacks advanced features. While the default dashboards are visual, they often lack the depth required for executive level reporting and certain key features like multi-domain support and native telephony are still missing
