The thing that I most appreciate about the product is that it's highly dragon of interface which actually makes help in building the dashboard and the defaults very faster and very effortlessly it actually reduces the time that is being needed to turn raw data into meaningful visual kind of things. Another strength that can also be called as the key strength is the availability to integrate multiple resources with the help of data. When combined with a wide range of visualization options it actually becomes very easier to intipate the data derive actionable insights without needing any kind of technical advances skills for any kind of users. The amount of customization that it offers is quite impressive it also allows the dashboards to be tailored to a specific business net that is actually very impressive.
The main features that stand out are: It has an easy drag-and-drop interface for reporting and dashboards. It helps to integrate data from multiple sources and can be analyzed. Users can collaborate internally and externally with teams and other teams.
I particularly like how quickly raw numbers turn into something visual and understandable. It makes day-to-day decision-making easier instead of feeling like a separate technical task. At the same time, it's not trying to be flashy-it focuses more on getting the job done. There are moments where performance could be better, especially with bigger datasets, but for most regular use cases, it does what you expect without unnecessary friction.
I think that is very less privileged for me about the product is that it occasionally gives a performance lag when I give it very large or complex datasets. I understand the interface is generally very easy to navigate but some of the advanced functionalities are not up to the mark. Additionally there are interfaces which after customization feels somewhat limited they can be upgraded into more requirements according to the user needs
With large data from many sources, the setup takes time. Reporting dashboards seem clustered on the UI when trying to use the interfaces. data from multiple sources can slow down the system a little bit.
One thing i don't like about Zoho is that it can feel a bit slow when working with large datasets or more complex reports. As your data grows, performance isn't always as smooth as you'd expect. Another issue is that some if the advanced features aren't very intuitive. While basic tasks are easy, going deeper often requires extra effort or technical understanding, which can be frustrating. The interface, although functional, feels slightly outdated compared to other modern analytics tools. Also, customization options in certain charts and dashboards can be limited, which makes it harder to create very specific or highly polished visuals.
