What I appreciate is the scale and flexibilit. DHL's commitment to technology, with near real time tracking (dashboards) and data analytics is a really significant advantage in our daily operations.

While the system itself works as expected, it is truly the reliable and responsive services that sets DHL transportation apart. Any time we have had issues or questions, they have been with us as a partner throughout the process.

I like the fact that I can organize a parcel from a supplier in Taiwan and it will reach the USA within a couple of days. Because DHL has it's own airline, it makes transport very quick and efficient. The pricing is not bad either.

Service consistency. While we have a strong partnership, sometimes execution is not as seamless as we'd like. Also the user interface can sometimes be complex and less intuitive than some other solutions.

The main downside with DHL is the lack of service area. It doesn't compare to the competitors, which is unfortunate.

The support is helpful and the agents are quick to respond with any query. They are also quick to get a quote through and shipping details. Overall it has been a pleasant experience.
