I have found Digemy to be a solid option for delivering microlearning to our users. It has an easy to use interface and being mobile friendly makes it accessible for people to use on the go as needed. We have had good feedback on the gamification making it more engaging and we have even used leaderboards to create interest and team competition by providing small prizes such as coffee vouchers.

The gamification makes it a more engaging learning experience and we have received good feedback about that from users. It is fairly easy to navigate from both an administrator and user perspectives. As a lot of our users are remotely based having mobile friendly training that they can access from devices at any time makes it much easier for them.

The learning experience is personalized to the requirements of the team and can be adapted to each individual. The engagement of the team has risen since we deployed the platform. Learning repetition and the provided metrics. help the learner to grasp the topic. Using my mobile phone to take the learning any time and get specific reminders to relearn certain aspects is key for me.

Content creation tools, Ease of use, customer support and engaging experience.

Dislike

There isn't too much to dislike about Digemy. We did run into an issue with a user who does not have great English skills and discovered that there was no real options for language support. The only other feedback we have received is that at times some of the recaps and quizzes can be a little repetitive but then this also reinforces the learning.

The gamification of learning is for some employees a huge problem, it looks unprofessional. The adaption to our own learning platform took us a long time and hindered the deployment at first.

Platform is constantly improving, the issue highlighted with the customer service gets fixed on priority basis so you won't get affected by the same issue frequently or second time. Dark mode can be implemented is the one I feel.
