I have used a number of course building tools over the years and this is a platform you can easily dive straight into and start using with minimal guidance as it is very intuitive to use. The integration with PowerPoint makes it easy for users to take their existing experience and just add the authoring tools to quickly develop content. The one time I have required assistance from their support team the service they provided prompt and fixed my issue straight away.
Well if I were to highlight 3 things it would be the user-friendly interface. It's a simple and clean design for the learners as well as the administrators in the back end. It has the basic reporting that you would need to track learner analytics. It will automatically report on completions and quiz scores. It's also a very mobile friendly learning which allows you to learn easily from your phones.

I feel that while the reporting and analytics cover all the basics, it could be improved a bit more. I have only used it with the basic features and it has always been great but I have colleagues who have expressed some frustrations when trying to implement more complex customisations . The pricing tiers are a little confusing, it would be great it could be clearly available for smaller teams without having to contact customer service.
If there were 3 things that I think can be improved upon: It has limited customization options. It can be difficult to keep branding consistent across the platform cause of the limitations. I think the platform can benefit from basic gamification features to allow for more feature capability and enhanced learner experience. It is also very limited in terms of integration capabilities. It would be nice if they offered more 3rd party integrations.
Pricing tiers can be confusing, built-in courses might be limites and some advanced features like AI are missing
