I have always found iSpring Learn very user friendly and a great platform for delivering microlearning. It's easy to launch courses and the built-in authoring tools and integrations are fantastic. I find it very intuitive to use and while the reporting and analytics could be improved it's a great choice if you want something simple and reliable with minimal setup and learning curve.

Overall iSpring Learn LMS was simple to work with. It didn't have much of the fancy features many of the older LMS systems do - making it quick and easy to learn and work with. I would say there is more opportunity for features to be added and integrating their existing authoring tool more seamlessly.
