Smooth user experience with intuitive interface but complex course creation
The implementation was smooth and the platform is intuitive in use for the users. It is a little complicated for the admins, especially the course creation part, and setting up the portal for external users. One of the biggest advantages - direct integration for provisioning new users with Bamboo Hr. The platform also provides good customer support. You can sign up for office hours where an experienced team is there to support you.
