We've had a lot of support throughout our implementation, responsive Customer Support, and the product is mostly intuitive. There are good changes coming all the time, too.
The platform is very scalable and expandable, allowing good management of training delivery
The user interface is one of the best out there. A lot of LMS designs were built by a programmer without consideration for the user experience. Docebo thought through the end users and built an easy-to-navigate platform.
Occasionally, we come across something that isn't intuitive, but our CSM, the Help Desk and the Docebo Community come to the rescue with workarounds and advice. I also don't think that AI is the shiny prize everyone should be pursuing, but Docebo seems to disagree.
The difficulty of graphic-level modifications without a basic knowledge of html and css
The reporting is far better than the system we came from, but still is quite lacking in its ability to build groups based on a given criteria. For example, I was trying this morning to build a group of all users who have at least one direct report, and there isn't an out-of-the-box way to do that!
