I love Docebo because it makes it easy to distribute training internally and externally, and I like the fact that you are able to generate reports to easily see what has been completed. It has been extremely flexible and scalable for our training needs, and the reporting tools and automation features have helped us streamline enrollment and also track progress with confidence.
The platform is very scalable and expandable, allowing good management of training delivery
We've had a lot of support throughout our implementation, responsive Customer Support, and the product is mostly intuitive. There are good changes coming all the time, too.
I haven't yet encountered any challenges so I lack nothing to dislike about Docebo.
The difficulty of graphic-level modifications without a basic knowledge of html and css
Occasionally, we come across something that isn't intuitive, but our CSM, the Help Desk and the Docebo Community come to the rescue with workarounds and advice. I also don't think that AI is the shiny prize everyone should be pursuing, but Docebo seems to disagree.
