The ability to modify enrollment options, email notifications, document uploads and the shape of the course itself is really useful. Implementation and set up was super easy, and the customer service and support made it super easy to customize the platform for our use. Absorb LMS is also very easy to use, which has been a big plus.

It's a user-friendly platform with customizable content and well organized learning paths - making it easy to navigate for all users. It's robust reporting tools provide valuable insights into learner analytics. There can be occasional technical slowdowns with certain features not performing to the capacity they should be. But not to say this is a great starter LMS for any organization.

Absorb LMS premade content helped by providing a solid selection of ready-made courses for our team to complete while we worked through our own content creation. I also like how they keep adding new features which continues to expand our use case and helps us bring education to our clients and staff.

It's very customizable and can be set-up for our organization structure. It's accessible for both administrators and learners using the platform awnd the reporting tools are robust and customizable for what you are looking for.

The library was a win, searchability was second. WE are only a year in, and we are still learning to use it in the most effective way.

NA. I like everything about Absorb LMS. It is a great and excellent tool that makes learning management easy.

Some of the minor issues were the occasional slowdowns in some of the features. The implementation and sales process took longer than expected and it requires some training to work with some features.

Integration limitations are a challenge, but we are a unique structure. Additionally, the lack of ability to run live (in person events - registration/tracking etc.) through the system

Overall positive experience, as with any software it really depends on who is on the file, the onboarding too is about 5 months - I'm not sure how you could do it right otherwise. The software is generalized and doesn't have as much build=t content for my specific industry as I would like but overall was a significant improvement. Great solution for basic and scalable getting started.

Absorb LMS is intuitive, with a slick interface on both the front and back end. Absorb allows us to track our customer learning progress to see if they are taking time outside of our account manager meetings. I also like how it prevents repetitive meetings reviewing the same feature numerous times because customers need time to review topics.
