Our organization has very specific needs for our LMS and Absorb is very flexible in how it can be used, either by the built in logic for auto-enrollments/reporting, or it's API for more complex use cases.
It's very customizable and can be set-up for our organization structure. It's accessible for both administrators and learners using the platform awnd the reporting tools are robust and customizable for what you are looking for.
Easy for non-technical staff to use, lots of options to customize the landing pages by role or audience, text-to-speech AI voiceover makes course creation fast to build and and easy to update.
There is a long list of ideas submitted for new product features and so the chances of it being customized for your specific use-case has a low probability or if anything a long turnaround time for that update. The price of add-ons is a little high from my perspective, things like advanced reporting, etc.. The support is great for the most part, very responsive and helpful, but you do get that occasional support person that is not quite as knowledgeable on a specific area as they should be.
Some of the minor issues were the occasional slowdowns in some of the features. The implementation and sales process took longer than expected and it requires some training to work with some features.
Absorb Create built-in course builder has very basic features, with no object layers for selection or stacking control and a very simple timeline for animations.

Overall positive experience, as with any software it really depends on who is on the file, the onboarding too is about 5 months - I'm not sure how you could do it right otherwise. Absorb LMS is intuitive and easy to use. The customization allows you to mold the platform into basically whatever you can imagine. The course builder is robust and the timings mean animations are quite easy to create on the site itself without having to use any software.
