I link the ease of use, while maintaining advanced functionality. We're able to connect to most systems to bring in data. And for any other data that you want to bring into Domo, like an Excel file, they have multiple ways to do this. Both as a 1 off and on a recurring basis. This makes it very easy to streamline and maintain connections from all sources.
They have some innovative functions, features, and integrations. I really like their forecasting and projection capabilities as well! Those generative insights are often very helpful.
Domo is extremely flexible and easy to customize visualizations. The product is easy to use for users with any experience level. The customer service provided by both the account team and the technical support team is top-notch. Domo has given us great insights into our operations and performance, allowing us to make informed decisions in a timely manner.
I think the visualizations could be more advanced/customizable (without advanced knowledge and complexities).
I dont know if there's a lot of nice things I could say about Domo, but on the reporting piece this product doesn't do most of what the other mainstream ETL, business insight, or data visualization tools can do on their own. It's expensive for what it is, and the support is not great. Frequently I found that I would be making decisions based off of if it would work with Domo natively or not, as integrating something that's not native typically is a headache and a half.
Domo is constantly enhancing the governance tools but I feel there is an opportunity to automate some of the user management.
