Customer service was excellent. There was a lot of flexibility in what they could help with. Their data collection tools were quite insightful and their quick turnaround was great.

The biggest issue that I've experienced with Dscout, is that the integrations require the users to download software on their end. With some participants this is fine, but with many professionals, they don't feel comfortable doing this as they might be using their work computer or have other confidential material that they are not allowed to work on. My other complaints with them have been that instead of a phone call with a salesperson, I'd prefer upfront pricing so that my time isn't used up, though I understand that this is how business is done. Their platform is easy to use, though I will say it's a bit simplistic at times and I find it's not super easy to get the data I need. I still have a lot of coding to do on my end for qualitative responses.
