    Hotjar gives us the qualitative layer on our B2B commerce site - heatmaps, session recordings and on-site feedback that show why customers behave the way the analytics says they do. It has fed real UX fixes across cart and checkout journeys. Sampling limits on high-traffic pages and fairly shallow reporting keep it a companion tool rather than the whole answer.
