The flexibility of the product, the product being available for on-premise as well as cloud implementation, the ease of use of the platform, the continuous support from the whole team during the selection and implementation process as well as after sales services, the quality of the VoC capabilities, analysis and dashboard functions, text analytics and tagging capabilities, all in all our overall experience has been excellent. The Pisano team even connected us with previous customers for 1:1 meetings that were very honest and helpful. Now, we can get great reports with AI-powered advanced text analysis.
Read Full ReviewThe user interfaces are quart user friendly users of all levels can easily use the product. It is a every convenient platform making survey designs in the format we want. When we have questions about the products, we can get very fast responses. This allows us to continue without getting stuck while using the product. Being able to measure the feedback left by our customers with the unique reports provided by Pisano allows us to gain many insights into the future.

Thanks to its customizability, we can adapt it to our corporate processes according to our needs. Its ability to integrate with multiple channels has also provided a great advantage for our reporting processes. We interact with customers on different channels, but being able to track everything on a single platform has been a huge convenience for us. Overall, Pisano has improved our customer experience strategy with its features.
Read Full ReviewThe only thing we disliked was that we could not use a db to db integration to improve our data selection processes and easily manage customer interactions to increase response. However, there has been a new addition to product features and now it is possible to orchestrate through channels to manage customer responses without a db connection or automation.
