The company is very flexible in their processes and the product is very easy to implement and integrate with our systems.

    Thanks to, many different channels in the products, we are able to reach our customers. It is very important issue to be able to identify a user that we cannot send a survey from one channel and send it from different channel interms of collecting feedback we can hear our customers voices through many different channels.
