The customer support is exceptional, they always respond quickly and is very helpful in solving issues. However, the platform is standard in terms of a survey tool. I like that there are many flexible ways to design the surveys but some features require scripting creating barriers for users. I also think that the text analytics solution is not (yet) on par with best-in-class alternatives. Translation management is a bit of a hassle for multi-language projects. Please note that the response scale is skewed where 4 stars should be "Above average" and 5 stars "Excellent".

Great customer support. There are many possible solutions when it comes to survey design It enables feedback collection

1) The staff/customer support - when there is an issue, I often work with the rep and not only is he very timely in his responsiveness, he is knowledgeable, always willing to help and go above and beyond 2) What options are available - if we need adjustments to our site to meet our needs, we haven't come across an option that wasn't feasible yet

It is not user-friendly. You need to know coding to do some of the stuff.

Too much scripting of common functionalities (e.g., masking of individual prompts) Translation management Wished text-analytics was better as it would make it a viable full CX platform alternative.

    Overall, Confirmit (Forsta) has been a great survey platform for the vast majority of our survey needs. The other side of the platform is we can build concept data capture applications and publish online to our user base. The Reports and Portal side of the platform is also of great and easy to use. As the platform can support multiple languages it gives developers full control.
