The customer support is exceptional, they always respond quickly and is very helpful in solving issues. However, the platform is standard in terms of a survey tool. I like that there are many flexible ways to design the surveys but some features require scripting creating barriers for users. I also think that the text analytics solution is not (yet) on par with best-in-class alternatives. Translation management is a bit of a hassle for multi-language projects. Please note that the response scale is skewed where 4 stars should be "Above average" and 5 stars "Excellent".

Very user friendly dashboard - intuitive and easy to understand. The service is strong as well.

Some of the functionality is not as intuitive as I would expect. Although the service provided is strong, the training provided is more limited than I'd like (knowledge base not very robust).

Too much scripting of common functionalities (e.g., masking of individual prompts) Translation management Wished text-analytics was better as it would make it a viable full CX platform alternative.

Sometimes faced downtime, overwhelming at first but it's fine later, more training needed to better understanding in depth.
