Text Analytics, Push Reports and Admin Suite. As of 2025, I would add Intelligent Summaries and Root Cause Assist. These latest AI features have completely altered my time to analyze results and find where the data varies. What used to take hours now takes minutes. These features have also allowed my democratize the insights - instead of relying on periodic centralized analysis, users in leadership can now see moderately deep analysis with a simple click, at-will.

Product features, look & feel and ease of use make Medallia solutions stand out in the industry. The UI is very user friendly and allows everyday users the ability to easily find the information they need to make informed decisions.
There have been a couple product acquisitions and new features over the years that didn't quite land the way I had hoped, but there is so much quality available that it's okay.
Overly complex result-viewing and Dashboard build times, and a steep learning curve.
