Thanks to, many different channels in the products, we are able to reach our customers. It is very important issue to be able to identify a user that we cannot send a survey from one channel and send it from different channel interms of collecting feedback we can hear our customers voices through many different channels.

Huge advocate of this product, but coreXM is outdated- everything is focused on AI which is not indlued. So I would have given this a 5 star rating, but I feel that Qualtrics is trying to force is to update or not valuing us. I also feel that Qualtrics doesn't value the Education sector as much, we are the lowest valued customer.

Overall my experience with Sprinklr Insight has been very positive, it has helped us understand customer conversations across different channels in one place making it easier to track trends and identify recurring issues, the dashboards are detailed and the sentiment analysis gives useful directories when reviewing customer feedback, I also like that reports can be customized based on business needs, the platform has a lot of features so it can take some time to learn everything but once you are familiar with it it becomes a valuable tool for monitoring customer experience.

It has enabled us and our customers to connect patient, caregiver, safety, quality and operational data into a unified view -- turning fragmented feedback into more predictive insights and actionable recommendations that improve clinical, financial and experience outcomes.

Besides surveys, this tool can also perform social listening, which is something I need for my work. It allows me to create sentiment analysis reports and perform data collection.

i use chattermill and appreciate its approach to analyze customer feedback. The tool is intuitive and helps quickly identify useful trends.

We have been using JotForm premium bronze subscription for over 7 years. The VoC tool has evolved with time integrating AI.

The product is easy to use, surveys consumers, and collects feedback ratings to help determine how users are engaging with content and improve ratings. Over the past few months, we've been able to easily improve our app store rating and determine what changes need to be made to improve features for users. The customer service team is always happy to help and ensure we're getting the most from our account and our experience.
