Medallia Experience Cloud (MEC) is a SaaS platform designed to gather and analyze customer, employee, and product experience signals across all experience touchpoints, including web, mobile, in-person interactions, contact centers, and direct feedback. Tooling includes feedback collection, real-time analytics, and sentiment analysis and includes AI, machine learning, and GenAI to simplify analysis for users and expedite actions so teams can spend more time with customers. I have been using Medallia for over 8 years now, and have only good things to say about my experience. Medallia seems to have a pervasive culture of support, consistently providing me with creative solutions to my needs, including sometimes being able to apply logic that allows us to work around our own shortcomings in our data. This kind of flexibility and creativity is unparalleled by other vendor partners. Our CX and EX programs have been welcomed by our frontline and executive teams alike, especially as a major improvement over prior tools we had tried to use. The self-admin features are STELLAR. I'm able to complete most administration myself, keeping my managed services time focused on higher level or more complex work.
